Guests will also find plush robes and slippers, a large wardrobe and storage area, a telephone and safe, along with twice-daily housekeeping and two complimentary pieces of laundry per guest each day.
The Deluxe Twin Balcony Suite offers generous space and a dual-balcony design, allowing you to enjoy the scenery from both indoors and out. The private ensuite includes a separate standing shower, a hairdryer, and locally sourced amenities.
For additional space and enhanced service, the Bayon Suite offers a larger outdoor balcony terrace complete with sun lounge seating. Life on board Mekong Serenity is designed to complement the destinations along the Mekong River rather than distract from them. During the day, guests often gather in the lounge areas to watch the river scenery pass by or attend destination briefings and cultural talks that provide insight into the places visited along the journey.
Evenings on board are relaxed and sociable, with guests gathering in the ship’s lounge spaces for drinks, conversation and occasional cultural performances that reflect the traditions of Vietnam and Cambodia. With panoramic views and comfortable seating, the lounge areas create a welcoming atmosphere where it’s easy to unwind after a day ashore.
Dining on Mekong Serenity combines regional flavours with international favourites, creating a varied culinary experience throughout your cruise.
The Lemongrass Restaurant, located on the Lily Deck, serves as the ship’s main dining venue. Here, guests can enjoy a mix of Southeast Asian dishes and Western cuisine prepared using fresh local ingredients. Meals are served in a relaxed setting with attentive service, making it a comfortable place to gather for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
For a more refined dining experience, Indochine by Luke Nguyen on the Orchid Deck offers a menu inspired by the celebrated chef’s interpretation of Vietnamese and regional cuisine. This speciality restaurant focuses on authentic flavours and elegant presentation, offering a memorable dining experience during your cruise.
The ship also features the Lounge + Horizon Lounge & Bar on the Orchid Deck, which acts as the social hub of the vessel. Guests can relax here with a drink, enjoy panoramic views of the river or meet fellow travellers between excursions.
Up on the Lotus Deck, the Horizon Bar & Grill offers a more casual setting where guests can enjoy light dishes and drinks in the open air while watching the Mekong drift by.
Relaxation comes naturally on Mekong Serenity, where open-air spaces and wellness facilities allow guests to unwind between excursions.
On the Lotus Deck, the ship’s swimming pool offers a refreshing place to cool off while enjoying panoramic views of the Mekong River. Surrounded by loungers and seating areas, it’s an inviting space to relax in the sun or simply take in the scenery.
For those who prefer to stay active during their cruise, the gym on the Lotus Deck provides a selection of exercise equipment for light workouts. Whether you start the day with a quick session or unwind with some gentle exercise in the afternoon, it offers a convenient way to maintain your routine while travelling.
Mekong Serenity sails along one of Southeast Asia’s most fascinating waterways, following the course of the Mekong River through Vietnam and Cambodia. This region offers a rich mix of cultures, landscapes and traditions, and travelling by river allows you to experience it at a gentle pace while reaching places that are difficult to access by land.
